Michael did his graduate work at Cornell, Rutgers, Yale, and Liberty, and he’s currently a professor of leadership at Messiah University. His three decades of research in the field has appeared in several scholarly journals and magazines, and he’s the author of more than a dozen books, including Influencing Like Jesus (LifeWay), Management by Proverbs (Moody), The Minister’s MBA (B&H), and the forthcoming Evidence for Heaven (Baker).

Professor Zigarelli is also the creator of the 9 to 5 Resource Center and YouTube channel, where more than 3 million viewers across 130 countries have accessed his instructional videos.

One of his great passions is coaching soccer, primarily young men in college. But his greater passion is family: Michael and his wife Tara have been blessed with four children, four in-law children, and decades of marriage.
